Refund Policy

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. All payments and refunds are processed securely by Paddle, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

We do not store your full card details. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Just contact us with your order or receipt number and we will arrange it.

Once a refund is issued, access to the related purchase ends.

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Paddle buyer portal; cancellation stops all future renewals.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Email contact@earningbirds.com from the address on your account, or use the Paddle buyer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email. Include your order or receipt number.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. The time for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country. Depending on where you live, you may also have additional cancellation or withdrawal rights, which are set out in Paddle's Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).
