Account information: when you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details.

Content you provide: the text prompts you write, any reference images or files you upload, and the videos generated from them.

Usage data: how you interact with the service, such as generations created, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We store limited billing metadata (plan, status, last four digits) but not your full card number.

To provide the service — generating videos from your prompts, storing your library, and maintaining your account.

To operate and improve the product, including troubleshooting, analytics, and developing new features.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

Your prompts and any uploaded reference media are processed by our AI generation systems and trusted third-party model providers solely to produce your requested output.

We do not use your private prompts, uploads, or generated videos to train foundation models without your explicit consent.

Service providers: cloud hosting, model inference, analytics, and payment processors who act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Legal reasons: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Earningbirds, our users, or the public.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual videos at any time, and deleting your account removes associated content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@earningbirds.com.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
